If you have an existing subscription through Google Play (Android), here are the steps to restore your purchase (in case of a payment processing delay or other issue):
- Go to the Account screen (top right corner) and choose Upgrade.
- Scroll down and choose Restore purchases to re-connect your JetSign account with your existing subscription.
- Go back to the Account screen to confirm that you're on the Personal, Business, or Team Plan.
