If you started a 7-day trial with JetSign, you can cancel the trial through Apple or Google by selecting Manage Subscription from the Account screen.
Cancel trial on iPhone/iPad
Go to iPhone/iPad Settings, then Apple ID > Subscriptions > JetSign > Cancel Subscription or by visiting Account > Manage Subscription in JetSign.
Alternatively, visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 and choose Cancel a subscription, select JetSign, and Cancel Subscription.
Cancel trial on Android
JetSign starts with 3 free signings before requiring a paid plan. You can sign 3 documents at any time with essential features, without any timelines.
Our trial lets you test drive all of JetSign’s features with unlimited signing for 7 days before paying anything.
To avoid surprise charges we send out reminders by push alert and email 2 days before the trial coverts to a paid plan.
Removing data
If you're done with JetSign's trial and looking to close out your account, you can use the Delete Account option at the bottom of the Account area (under the top right menu with the person icon) or Remove Documents to delete all files while keeping your account open. If you've erased your account in JetSign and you're still signed up for a 7-day trial, please also cancel the trial through Apple or Google.
