Account settings
Visit the Account screen (top right profile icon) to control email notifications and alerts for your JetSign account. There are two types of alerts:
- Document and signing alerts are sent when you (or one of your invited signers) signs one of your documents. These messages include a PDF attachment or link to the signed document.
- Product news and onboarding messages may include welcome messages, product news, and tips to help you get started with JetSign.
Unsubscribe links
To turn off alerts, you can also select the "Unsubscribe" link from the bottom of our emails. Our unsubscribe links work on the first click without any extra steps. If you accidentally unsubscribed, you can re-subscribe through the Account screen.
Missing emails
If your alerts are turned on and you're still not receiving emails, try searching your inbox for "no-reply@jetsign.com" or contact us at help@jetsign.com. We can check our system logs and troubleshoot any issues. Occasionally we encounter a poorly configured corporate email server that prevents our emails from being delivered.
Email privacy
As described in our privacy policy, we respect your right to privacy and do not sell or rent your information to any third parties. If you delete your account on JetSign, then your email address (and any files you may have added) will be removed from JetSign and cannot be recovered.
