You can remove specific documents, erase all documents, or delete your account as follows:
Remove documents
- Remove a single document by selecting Remove from the top right menu (...) while viewing your document.
- Remove all documents from the Account screen by choosing Remove documents. You'll be prompted to type 'ERASE' to proceed. Please note that there is no undo feature to recover removed documents.
Delete account
- Remove all of your documents and data by visiting the Account screen and selecting Delete Account.
- There is no "undo" option when an account has been removed. All documents and personal data (e.g. name, email, etc) will be deleted.
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to confirm account deletion with a password. This is only required for fully registered user accounts that have a password.
Cancel trial or paid plan
If you started a trial subscription or paid plan for JetSign, please remember to cancel your paid plan or trial when deleting your account.
