When viewing the document in JetSign, if you can still see the signature or text, please check to see if you have an option to choose Complete or Update in the top right corner. If so, please choose that option to finish signing and download the updated document. Your new downloaded document should now be signed.
If your document was completed, please check that you can still see your changes while in JetSign. If they disappeared from view, it is possible that the file is corrupt or has a non-standard format that our system has failed to sign. Normally you should get an error message at the start if it can't be signed accurately.
